The 6th Annual Washington State Hot Sauce Festival

The Washington Hot Sauce Festival is back and bigger than ever — celebrating bold flavors, spicy heat, and family-friendly fun. Explore dozens of local and regional vendors, sample unique craft hot sauces, and enjoy a full day of entertainment — all with FREE ADMISSION & PARKING.

Hosted by McMillin Farm Collective, just outside Orting in the historic Puyallup River Valley. Home to the McMillin Farm Brewhouse and McMillin Farm Produce Stand — bold flavors, cold beer, and great views of Mt. Rainier, all in a relaxed farm atmosphere.

Now in its sixth year, the festival brings together 40+ vendors offering everything from mild, flavor-forward sauces to extreme heat challenges. Add in food trucks, a pizza eating challenge, DJ entertainment, vendor passport, People's Choice Awards voting, and the official festival app — and you've got a full weekend of flavor, fun, and community.
