Beyond the hot sauce booths, the festival features a full vendor marketplace with food trucks, artisan makers, and local businesses. Whether you're here to grab a meal, find a unique gift, or discover new local brands, the marketplace has something for everyone.
Food trucks are open for service from 11:00 AM when gates open, serving a variety of cuisines alongside the hot sauce tasting experience. The McMillin Farm Brewery is also open during the festival, offering craft beer to pair with your spicy finds.
The marketplace is designed to be walkable and family-friendly, spread across the McMillin Farm Collective grounds in a scenic farm setting. Bring cash and cards β most vendors accept both.
