What Is Hot Sauce Tasting & Shopping?
The heart of the Washington State Hot Sauce Festival is the vendor marketplace, where 25+ hot sauce makers set up booths for sampling and sales. Whether you prefer mild, flavor-forward fruit sauces or want to test your limits with extreme heat, there's a vendor for every palate.
Vendors offer a wide range of products including traditional hot sauces, BBQ sauces and marinades, spice rubs and seasonings, herb-based and fruit-based sauces, and extreme heat challenge sauces. Most vendors provide free samples so you can find your perfect heat level before buying.
The hot sauce marketplace runs from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM both days. We recommend arriving by 2:00 PM at the latest to have enough time to visit all vendors, sample sauces, and make purchases before they close.
