McMillin Farm Collective
The Washington Hot Sauce Festival 2026 is held at McMillin Farm Collective, just outside Orting in the historic Puyallup River Valley. Home to the McMillin Farm Brewhouse and McMillin Farm Produce Stand, the collective offers a unique setting for bold flavors, cold beer, and great views of Mt. Rainier — all in a relaxed farm atmosphere.

Please use our 128th St E gate, located at the back entrance of McMillin Farm Collective, for all festival entry and parking. This is our main access point for events and is designed to handle traffic smoothly.
Entering from 128th St E gives you direct access to a traffic light on WA-162, making arrival and departure safer and faster, especially during busy festival hours. Look for signage and volunteers directing traffic near the gate. We recommend avoiding the front barn entrance for this event to keep foot traffic and vehicle flow separated.
